Designing a complete 0 → 1 product to bring Physiotherapists fully into Doctolib
Doctolib’s B2B platform was originally designed for doctors.
I led the design of a new 0 → 1 product dedicated to physiotherapists, allowing them to manage treatments, sessions, assessments, and billing, all in one place.
Before this, physios only used Doctolib for scheduling, while relying on several disconnected tools for their real work.
This fragmentation caused lost time, errors, and frustration; and limited Doctolib’s potential in the allied-health market.
I designed and helped shape the product from the ground up; aligning UX, product, and business strategy to launch a complete workflow that made physiotherapists’ daily work faster, simpler, and more efficient, while unlocking a new source of recurring revenue for Doctolib.
